(1) Factory review before certification;
Prior to certification, the factory review is to verify the production of certified products to achieve the desired production results. For initial applications, if the manufacturer's production facilities have not been reviewed before, the manufacturer must carry out a factory inspection before obtaining the certificate. The certification authority distributes questionnaires to applicants (table CIG, 022, part B), and the manufacturer shall fill out the questionnaire.
