BSMI certification profile

BSMI certification application form
There are currently three applications:
Type approval includes two kinds:
1 type approval (EMC+Safety), from January 1, 2004 onwards, there are 178 kinds of electronic and electrical products need to apply for such approval. Applicable standards: EMC+Safety, need to provide the documents (product type approval application, company or factory license, test report, technical documents for electromagnetic compatibility: photos, labels, electromagnetic interference components, block diagram and the use of manual and safety technical documents). Certificate validity: three years, can be renewed once.
2 EMC type approval (instead of the original EMC application), enforced from November 1, 2002. Applicable products: 61 items of electronic and electrical products only require EMI. 124 items of electronic and electrical products only need to be reported by EMI+ safety regulations (if the product has safety requirements). Applicable criteria: only EMI. The documents to be provided are (EMC, type approval applications, test reports, technical documents: photos, labels, EMC parts, block diagrams and manuals).
Two, certification registration
Date of enforcement: not yet announced. Applicable standard: EMI+ safety regulation. The need to provide documents (product type approval application, company or factory license, test report, technical documents for electromagnetic compatibility: photos, labels, electromagnetic interference components, block diagram and the use of manual and safety technical documents, declaration of conformity).
Certificate validity: three years, can be renewed once
Three. Conformity statement
Date of enforcement: January 18, 2002. Applicable products: 19 kinds of information technology, equipment and components. Applicable standard: CNS13438 (ONLY EMC). Documentation required (conformance statement, test report, technical documentation: photos, labels, components with electromagnetic interference, block diagrams and manuals). No certificate.
For electronic and electrical products, the three application methods provided by the Standards Bureau are as follows:
1 the conformity statement applies only to components of some information technology equipment (please refer to the product description of the website of the standard Inspection Bureau).
2. The product cost manufacturer decides by itself to apply for certification registration or type approval.
3, the difference between certification registration and type approval lies in:
