Tolerance (verification, tolerances) in the ERP directive is only allowed in spot checks. Neither the manufacturer nor the importer applies this tolerance in the technical documentation;
The declared values in the technical documentation and the data sources used to calculate this value should not be superior to the measured values in the test report;
Declared value must comply with the ERP directive limit requirements, manufacturers and importers of other product information can not be superior to the declared value;
Market sampling, if the first sample in line with tolerance requirements are qualified, otherwise you need to check three samples of the same model, the average value of three samples meet the requirements of qualified, otherwise unqualified.
Suggestions
The affected ERP report shall update (EU) 2016/2282 information as soon as possible to comply with the regulatory requirements.
Data in the nameplate, energy efficiency label and technical documentation which does not conform to the test data shall be modified as soon as possible or by updating test data to meet the product information requirements.
